Let me take you on a whirlwind SPHEREsperience unlike any other! Imagine a venue that’s part of The Venetian Resorts but stands uniquely majestic—a colossal LED marvel known as The Sphere. With a capacity for 20,000 concert-goers, this $2.3 billion wonder boasts a state-of-the-art audio system and a staggering 160,000 square-foot wrap-around screen.

  • Holds 20,000 concert goers,(1,400 are standing floor seats)
  • The Sphere is considered part of The Venetian Resorts even though not connected
  • Houses a state-of-the-art audio system
  • It is 367 feet tall, and 516 feet wide
  • Cost $2.3 billion dollars to construct
  • Was supposed to open in 2021 but the COVID pandemic and subsequent supply chain issues pushed back construction 2 years

But enough about specs; let’s talk about my unforgettable journey. Picture the grand opening: U2, legendary rock gods, taking the stage for a residency spanning 40 shows (originally slated for only 25). I was lucky enough to snag a ticket to one of their final performances, and boy, was it a spectacle! The sound clarity was mind-blowing, thanks to 167,000 speaker drivers and fancy tech like “beamforming.” And that LED wall? 1600 speakers built right in.

But it’s not just about the music; it’s the entire experience. Two incredible days in Vegas, three magical nights, and a 15-minute walk to The Sphere. Nights spent with friends outside, mesmerized by the loop of images and videos. Now U2 is gone, but other acts are taking the stage. Jam band Phish have 4 shows scheduled and the legendary Dead and Co. (yes, the official offshoot of The Grateful Dead) currently have a 24 show residency scheduled from May to July.  Rumors of Beyoncé and Foo Fighters in 2025 are also circulating. Trust me, this is a must for any music lover seeking a new kind of concert adventure. Let me help you secure those tickets and make the most of your Vegas experience—because at The Sphere, the show is just the beginning.
